4. Choose Delete Account.
5. Read the confirmation and confirm the destructive action.

• A statement that you request permanent account deletion

You may also write to SoJuice Sdn Bhd (1604394-D) at the registered address above. We may verify that you control the account before completing deletion.

4. What Is Deleted

When deletion is completed, we remove or de-identify active customer contact details (such as phone, name, email, and avatar), revoke active sessions, remove push tokens, and invalidate live QR tokens.

5. What may be retained

We may retain points ledger entries, gift-card and order history, payment, and audit history when needed for:

• Fraud prevention and abuse investigation
• Store reconciliation and payment disputes
• Accounting, tax, and audit obligations
• Compliance with law or lawful requests

Retained records are restricted and not used for marketing. See our Privacy Policy for retention detail.

6. Timing

In-app deletion is processed immediately after confirmation where systems allow. Email or postal requests are typically completed within a reasonable period after identity verification (often within 14–30 days, sooner when possible).
